Memberships

Basic Membership Requirements

  • Only membership available to first year members

  • 2nd year member must provide a club approved stand by either purchasing one from our designated 3rd party builder or build a club approved stand that seats 2 people (1 adult & 1 child), with 2 chairs and has a roof.  Member is also responsible for making sure the stand is in a safe and huntable state at all times.

  • Member must attend 6 full workdays throughout the year with 1 workday being a fall planting day.  There is a $100 fee per missed workday.

  • Member must attend 1 of the 2 club meetings.  Dates will be announced once determined.

  • Members must agree to abide by all club rules.

Sportsmans Membership Requirements

  • Must be at least a second year member.

  • 2nd year member must provide a club approved stand by either purchasing one from our designated 3rd party builder or build a club approved stand that seats 2 people (1 adult & 1 child), with 2 chairs and has a roof.  Member is also responsible for making sure the stand is in a safe and huntable state at all times.

  • No workdays are required.

  • Member must attend 1 of the 2 club meetings.  Dates will be announced once determined.

  • Members must agree to abide by all club rules.

Terms and Conditions of Refunds

As per the Rack and Spur Hunt Club, LLC rules, memberships and fees are generally non-refundable. However up to a 50% refund can be granted with the following exceptions:

  1. Incapacitating illness of the member or immediate family member

  2. Job transfer

  3. Other exceptions granted through the club leadership on a case by case basis. Fees other than 'memberships' are not refundable.

This year, we only have 2 membership levels (Basic and Sportsmans).  Also, we are no longer able to take credit card or PayPal payments, only check or cash.  To pay your fees by check, please make your check payable to Rack and Spur Hunt club, LLC and mail to the address below.  Cash payments must be made in person to any member of the leadership team.

  • Basic Membership (1st year member only) - $1000 if paid prior to March 1st.  $1075 March 1st or later.  This membership includes stand rental for first year.

  • Basic Membership (2nd year or older member) - $900 if paid prior to March 1st.  $975 March 1st or later

  • Sportsmans Membership - $1300 if paid prior to March 1st.  $1375 March 1st or later
